Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment, provided none of the turns included in that purchase have been used.

1. One-time purchase
Early access and included turns are a one-time purchase. The purchase does not create a subscription or automatic renewal to cancel.
2. Requesting a refund
Contact us with the email used for your purchase, its reference and, optionally, the reason for your request. For a Paddle purchase, you can also use the support link on your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. Never send a full card number or security code.
3. Applicable rights
For purchases made from Paddle, its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to the transaction. They provide rights that vary by country and circumstances, including product defects. For purchases through Link, the sales and refund terms presented by Link also apply. Nothing on this page limits your mandatory consumer rights.
If your code does not arrive or you cannot use your purchased rights, contact us so we can investigate. Using turns does not remove rights guaranteed by law.
4. After a refund
A confirmed refund results in the removal of turns and rights associated with the refunded purchase; an unused invitation may be revoked. We handle refund requests for Stripe purchases, with funds refunded through Stripe. For Paddle purchases, monetary refunds are processed by Paddle. Closing your account does not automatically trigger a refund.
